  • Customers are responsible for entering correct names, spellings, and details.

  • Once the order is placed, customization details cannot be changed.

  • We are not responsible for errors made by customers during order placement.

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We offer:

    • Online Payment

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment or order confirmation.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Delivery time may vary between 3–7 working days depending on location.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if customization has already started.

  • For prepaid orders, cancellation requests must be made within a short time window (before processing).

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

    • Product is damaged

    • Wrong product is delivered

  • Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).

  • SmartCraft will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product usage.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
