Refund & Return Policy – SmartCraft 🎁

At SmartCraft, we ensure high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Since most of our products are customized/personalized, our refund and return policy is designed accordingly.

1. No Return on Customized Products

Personalized or custom-made items (with names, photos, or designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable
These products are specially made for you and cannot be resold

2. Return/Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect

📌 You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

3. Proof Required

To process your request, please provide:

Unboxing video (mandatory) 📹
Clear photos of the product
Order details

Without unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Process

After verification, we will arrange a replacement
Replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:
- Product is out of stock
- Replacement is not possible
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once production has started, cancellation is not allowed

7. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Minor color/design variations
Wrong information provided by customer
Delay due to courier services
