  • Delhi NCR: 1–3 working days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or offers

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

6. Delivery Issues

a) Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your address is correct

  • SmartCraft is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details

b) Failed Delivery

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • After that, the order may be returned

c) Damaged Package

  • If package is damaged, record video while opening

  • Contact us within 24 hours

7. Customized Orders

  • Personalized gifts are made specially for you

  • Slight variations may occur

  • Delivery may take extra time during peak seasons

8. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or high order volume

  • Courier issues beyond our control
